Spruzzo is an open-source seed sprouter — a tool used to turn seeds into edible sprouts.
It's designed to be easily produced using only digital fabrication and off-the-shelf tools so that anyone can benefit from the healthy nutritional organic lifestyle.
The design of Spruzzo and the growing parameters are variable, based on properties such as dimension, kind of seed and final taste of the sprout (sweet/bitter, soft/crispy).
The growing schedule and the customization of Spruzzo are all done through a custom parametric app that generates the Arduino code and 3d files.
